On a recent trip to Germany it was severe fog for three days and no view from the hills we were staying in. On day four the fog cleared and gave us this magnificent view of the Mosel Valley with the Mosel River and wine village of Krov. Standing way up in the hills looking down into the vineyards with a glorious sky for SkyWatch Friday.

I hope you celebrated this lifting of the fog by lifting a glass of Mosel's best wine!
Wow, awesome!
Have a great weekend.
Great image!! I remember the fall fogs in Germany, and how fast they clear. Boom & Gary of the Vermilon River, Canada.
I love the light in this photo. And I definitely wish I were there seeing this in person!
I love this misty landscape with a delicious light.
So beautiful!
Please come see my skywatch also. Have a nice evening.
Oh, a great view! I do like a nice glass of mosel.
What a beautiful view! - and your picture is so well composed.
What a beautiful picture ! and it brings back memories ! It's the only part of Germany I really know very well because I lived there in my childhood and now the Rhine and Mosel region very well !
Great photo with the vineyard stakes.
Great photo and great view. Must be nice sipping wine to such a view.
Truly magnificent view! Breathtaking!

What a staggering view! And a fantastic shot - but it looks like quite a climb!
Very nice scenery!
Thanks for sharing. And thanks for visiting my place and taking the time to comment;o)

Happy week****
What a gorgeous photo! I love the trace of mist, but the lovely straight lines of the fields, and the imperfections in the sticks of the fence are an important part of the beauty, too!
Life is so beautiful and men who share the beauty of life with others, the best human being.
