SkyWatch Friday
I was bored and had a few hours, so off I went for a drive. I came across this lovely little lake on a back road and drove past it. Then, it registered how lovely the sky looked, in it's pale autumn blue and how wonderfully the water shimmered with light! I turned around and got the photo.
All that follow or read my posts probably now by now that I love reflections! Here the blue sky is displayed only by the water although the sky itself looks dull.
There is an amazing site to visit to see more SkyWatch Friday posts. Go visit all the wonderful skies the world over!
The water reflection on the second photo is so beautiful!

As ever, such magnificent photographs of an amazing part of the world, Lorac. What is the college course you are undertaking? I noted you said you were bored and I was about to ask if you had thought more about writing and then saw your comment about the college.

THose pictures are beautiful. The sky is blue and the lake is beautiful with its reflections. Thank you for visiting
Carol Anne= I am going to take Web Design And Development. This way I can start my own home based business. I am looking forward to being my own "boss" although I realize there will be a lot of hours to do so.
Very good news indeed, rewarding but lots of hard work. I started the this process, my own 'business' at 72, and although I frequently find it tiring, I am not giving up and am making progress. Good luck, I'm sure you will be successful.
Those photos are gorgeous.
The reflection is beautiful, but I really like the composition of the first one, my eye keeps bouncing back and forth between the glimmering water and the pale sky.
Looks like someone laid down some shimmering silvery fabric in a field. Very pretty Lorac.
I love love love reflections too - lakes or puddles, doesn't matter. That top one is a real beauty!
