Cant see the forest for the trees, but there is a sneak peak in the water! The sun felt warm on this day. It is starting to bring in spring. I could smell plants and water not just ice and cold!
Mirror images have always been some of my favorites. Our first signs of impending spring in Ontario, the warmer sunshine on one side but you can still see the icy cold on the shadow side! Yesterday it was +5 C but plunged to -10 C here last night. This is what we call Maple syrup weather!
So many gorgeous and interesting water scenes to see at Watery Wednesday!

Beautiful shots! I love mirror images.
Thanks Jenn. Some of my favorites!
Love the idea of maple syrup weather. Especially with apple and cinnamon pancakes. Reminded me of the last time in America's Deep South. Went into a typical restaurant and ordered, and waitress, being polite to all visitors, commented on the way I spoke and said she would love to speak like me..... terribly BBC British when I'm on my best behaviour.
At the end of the meal she presented me with a wicker basket full of little bottles of maple syrup, a lovely memory.
Carole Anne, that is wonderful memory! Isn't maple syrup so good?
Very beautiful images!
Beautiful shots... I love the dualism in beauty and nature... whats actually seen and perceived. ~bangchik
Thanks Lindy! It was a good outing.
Bangchik, I do agree!
Gorgeous pictures! Still looks very cold though. We are averaging 16 degrees during the day here in Barcelona, didn't get any snow. We miss the snow!
I like mirror images too and yours are beautiful!
Rob and Mandy it is still cold but you fell spring in the air!
Happyone thank you so much!
Fantastic reflection shots, well done.
All the best

that's is so beautiful, captured very well.
Hi Lorac
your shots are lovely and I do enjoy seeing your side of the world...Do you call it maple syrup because the ice melts and becomes liquid...
Happy days
Delwyn, it is actually the sap from Maple trees that contains sugar and it is boiled to make maple syrup. When the days get warmer but the nights are still really cold, that is when the sap runs best. So it is Maple syrup weather. Tomorrows post is all about Maple syrup!
Retired one,I will look for yours next week!
Many thanks Evelyn!
