SOOC

Posted by Lorac Saturday, 12 March 2011

Lots of ways for the animals to cross the creek with fallen trees to guide them! The creeks and streams have been wild with all the melting snow and heavy rainfalls and then heavy snowfalls we have had.

  1. It's very pretty...especially since the ice is melting. :)

  16. As pretty as the pictures are, I understand that the situation is becoming dangerous in many areas as creeks and rivers overflow their banks.

  17. Things are so different here in Bellingham. When it rains and the snow melts, lots of dirt and mud washes down into the bay. Right after a storm the ocean is just muddy brown. Up in Powell River the water comes down through rocky hills and valleys. The ocean stays clear all winter. - Margy

  23. The stream and woods look lovely. With so much snow still to melt, I'm sure the water will be running fast.
