Ahhh...The Cottage Life!

I am experiencing some very bad internet problems. Always battle with this company. I get the "Your connection looks great from here!"and at the time I cannot connect at all! Talking to these companies is like shooting in the dark. Might possibly, maybe, if your lucky, get it! No internet for 2 days and very slow right now. Hopefully I will have sorted soon.
